The staff at the reception desk, especially hancy, were so kind. they offered helpful information about the area. bien and jr at the concierge also assisted with luggage and taxi bookings. I was touched by their attentiveness. the hotel provided long stay packages, a great option for restful times in a sunny, quiet place.
the checkout time was 11am, but the next shuttle wasn't until 12:30, and it was a little tricky to find a taxi immediately.

The breakfast had a decent selection. It kept me from starving, i suppose.
The air conditioning barely worked. The room seemed like a sauna the entire time. i reported it, but nothing changed, talk about frustrating. also, the shuttle service was a joke. It only ran a few times a day, it definitely made getting around a hassle, it was like they didn't want guests to leave.

Relaxing Getaway with Excellent Service

Hancy and Lorie assisted me through email before my trip they confirmed all my requests and arranged a birthday cake. Hancy helped settle the details even before I officially checked in it made traveling stress-free. Justin Ruben and Tina were attentive making sure I had everything I needed during dining. Tina's kindness stood out making my morning breakfast enjoyable.
The checkout time was 11am the next shuttle was 12:30 so I had to wait almost two hours to leave. There were no taxis around that were willing to pick me up. The hotel should offer an earlier shuttle.

The staff members were friendly and accommodating I was greeted with a warm welcome. Staff provided assistance with directions and recommendations for local attractions. The hotel staff ensured my stay was very comfortable and all my needs were met.
